Adam Binder is one of Britain’s leading wildlife sculptors, engaging the viewer through his signature flowing lines, subtle movement and emotion. Beautifully capturing the essence of his subjects. The sensibility and balance of each bronze cast are the result of meticulous and dedicated study, the deep earthy patinas completing each piece and making the work easily identifiable, in both colour and form.
In 2010, Binder won the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year Award and was also elected as a member of the Society of Wildlife Artists in 2011. Where possible, the subjects for Binder's sculptures are acutely observed and studied in their natural environment, a process that enables him to remove the extraneous detail without losing veracity and concentrate on capturing the spirit of the animal through understated movement.
